EBCG Medical Devices 3P Forum | Berlin | 8th-9th June 2017

 

 

Event Description:

This is the only event for the Medical Device world connecting project, portfolio and product managers and building bridges between their R&D and commercial worlds.

In the course of five years, our Medical Devices 3P Forum has become the most relevant meeting platform for project, product and portfolio management professionals in Europe. The 4th Annual held in Berlin in October attracted more than 100 attendees from companies such as Medtronic, Zimmer Biomet, Roche, Fresenius Medical Care and many more. We are happy to have received great feedback – especially regarding content, networking opportunities, and the interactive format.

    Presentation: From Design to Decline: Build in the Value and Capture it Throughout the Product Lifecycle

    You love your new product: it’s so great for patients/doctors/hospitals/payers (delete as applicable) that how could it not succeed?   And yet so many MedTech innovations crash and burn, leaving all the new revenue to come from a few blockbuster innovations.  A clear, structured approach to identifying the value drivers, stakeholders and value capture mechanisms (pricing structure) will help fast track innovations and address challenges throughout the products’ lifecycle
